Kevin was very helpful, knew the history of my services. Definitely go back to him
My appointment was for 10:30am. I arrived at 10:15. I was promptly greeted & my van was checked in. I watched from the waiting area for 10-15 minutes to see if my van was taken to the service area. Then I saw it driven to a covered parking space, still outside. I asked Ian when it would be serviced. He said they were being “aggressively scheduled” and it would take 2 hours. I stated that I had a 10:30 appointment for service. He said I could come back another time. I took a Lyft home, which he was kind enough to provide. I was very disappointed since I had a lunch engagement at 1pm. Is this what I should expect in the future? ????
I didn't know that the wrong battery was in the vehicle, since I bought it, and I appreciate it, plus they got a good laugh with me.
We want to state that Sarah was crucial in this process and we are completely satisfied with her help, support and care. Quite frankly if it wasn’t for her we may not have moved forward with the work. So I want to make that absolutely clear that Sarah rules, and is likely the defining reason for the entire process. However it does need to be stated that we tried to get the minimal amount of work done and will be spending near 6500$ instead of the initial 2500 or under for the work the car originally went in for. While I get this is a dealership and the car lived in New England, we also understand the dealership recently changed hands and is causing mechanics to leave as well as price increases. Sarah worked with us every step of the way to apply any discount we could but after reviewing the bill we’re almost 4000 dollars worth of just labor. We’re picking the car up tomorrow and can’t wait to see how it runs now and rest assured will be keeping a better due diligence on future maintenance. I’m sure you can understand the point we are trying to make here regarding cost. Nothing on Sarah here we look forward to working with her for future work including my truck which is due soon. Felt the need to state this rather than a simply satisfied yes or no answer, there is nuance and feedback is certainly warranted here. We appreciate all the work and helping us out just so that is clear, it’s not a complaint more so of oversight.
Scott is always very professional and competent!
Great work on a recall maintenance item.
Sarah renewed my confidence in Toyota of Colorado Springs, their Service Department, and the Toyota brand. She expertly addressed my concerns, and quickly identified a brake system fault that was not corrected in the pre-sale inspection or in a previous service visit. I will absolutely request Sarah as my service advisor in the future
The one-on-one customer care was good, but I noticed a new crack on my windshield while driving home after my service.
Requested to speak to someone via comments on suggestion, and no one came to speak to me until the work was already done. Was recommended work that wasn’t necessary.
I appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to explain my car's features.
Ashley was great to work with!
Ashley is a joy to work with!
I’d rate it an eight. In the past everything that was completed was reviewed such as tires, fluids, air filters. This time I was told everything was fine. I appreciate reviewing everything.
Also I need to clean a few spots on my cloth seats. I asked parts person what was used when they detail and he told me he had no idea and did not offer to find out, just told me what he personally used.
Just did not feel very personal as it has in the past.
Thank you!
I find it hard to believe that my seservice took 3 1/2 hrs to complete. Furthermore, when my car was brought to me the passenger seat was reclined fully. Did someone take a nap ? I was also told the notification I reced from Toyota couldn't be addressed unless the car system told me there was a problem. So, why did it take that amount of time to fo an oil change and rotate tires????
I thought some of the expected needs were unusually early and very expensive!
Sarah was very professional, friendly, courteous. It was wonderful doing business with you and having Sarah working with me
Quick service and well done. Professional and courteous personnel.
I had an excellent experience working with Nicholas Arbuckle at the Toyota dealership. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and to the point. He clearly knows his stuff and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. His expertise and efficiency were impressive, and he took the time to answer all my questions without any unnecessary hassle. If you're looking for someone who is both smart and professional, Nicholas is the person to see. Highly recommend!
My car was in for an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. When I checked about 3 hours later the young lady told me other services were being done. She had my phone number and I was there in the lobby. I would have appreciated a heads up on all those needed services before they were performed. I ei
