Entire staff, especially Ian!, have always been extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Even though services tend to be a little more expensive than other shops, the quality of service surpasses others and for me, I’m willing to pay a premium to trust that the work will get done properly, I would be treated fairly, and no hard upsell of unnecessary services. You’ve earned my trust and my business.

Service on 20th. My car was not reset so still getting the notice on screen that oil must be changed. I am a 1/2 hr away and really have not stomach to learn how much time it would take to pop back in and get it corrected. 5,000 mile service took 1.5hrs for scheduled appt which I was told should take no more than a hour. Surprising given how little is being done in that service. It’s not the end of the world and I understand things happen and sometimes you cannot control but would like to see more proactive communication and some semblance that a customers business means something to you guys.
My last experience with your service department in 2023 was so bad that I swore to myself I would never step a foot in your service department again. If you are in fact trying to change things there and trying to change your reputation I would be happy to provide the details of my experience in May 2023 and the poor service and unethical attempt to sell me repairs that were not only unwarranted but with further inspection once I picked up the vehicle were found to be fabricated.
