I've been trying to finde some to help me fix the paint defects on my truck for a couple years now. I've talked to several people in the service department and none of them had an answer or helped. She did! She didn't just quit when the answer wasn't immediately apparent with the paint thing and when my trucks warranty didn't pop-up in the system right away. She was able to find it.

I came with a problem and it was not resolved after paying for a service I did not need. I asked for more clarification on the issue and I did not get a response from the agent assigned to service my vehicle.
