Excellent, attentive, professional service
I dropped my Tacoma with Ian and at 0829 got a ‘vehicle check in completed’ text msg that stated ‘we will be following up shortly with an update regarding your MultiPoint Inspection results.’ Also Ian verbally told me as I dropped off, that he would follow-up with me within an hour or less in reference to a quote for changing out the serpentine belt on my truck. Almost 3 hrs later at 1126, having heard nothing I called Ian. He did not mention the MultiPoint Inspection at all, said he didn’t know about the serpentine belt yet but would look into it and let me know shortly. At 1442 having not heard back I called again for an update, he still did not have the information, though I held for almost 11 minutes. Finally he called back at 1454 with the quote. No mention of the MultiPoint Inspection, no other follow up or updates whatsoever. At 1647 I called and spoke with someone about having a shuttle sent to get me back to the dealership. Upon arrival Ian was no where to be found. When the work was FINALLY done, Randy had taken on my vehicle. Randy didn’t have any answers about Ian, other than he had had to go. My experience at your dealership prior to this was with ur service department, and Randy had been my rep., it was a great experience with great communication and a projected deadline was met. The experience on Monday Jan 13 with Ian was night and day different, wholly disappointing and displeasing, and reflected really poorly on Toyota or Colorado Springs.

Brought our new 2024 RAV4 in today for a tire repair, 5K mile svc, and to troubleshoot an unknown noise. The staff (Dillon, Nick, Elijah, Ian, and Josh) were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Tire fixed successfully, 5K svc complete, and the unknown noise expertly identified and eliminated. I’ve been coming to this dealership for over a decade for three different cars (Camry, Tacoma, and now the RAV) and have always been treated well and taken care of. Big shout out to Jeff Patterson in sales and Kurt in parts as well. Happy to call this Toyota dealership home!

Scott explained how the tire pressure sensor was sensitive and how my tires might have been slightly low (31 psi). He stated they filled the tires to 36. It was after I was home that it dawned on me how the door panel/tire inflation guide states max 32 psi. Therefore, with being over inflated, wouldn't that cause my tires to wear improperly?
