Ashley is awesome! I’ve had previous experiences with male service advisors at Toyota dealerships getting pushy and making really expensive recommendations that turned out to be unnecessary. Ashley was the total opposite - super friendly, honest and respectful! I will be back and I will request services from Ashley next time

Jim was so helpful! Even tho the service I had wanted to get done wasn’t able to be completed due to my cars body style, he was still very helpful and offered options to me for other things that could help. He was also very friendly and communicative.

Sarah was so helpful in a high stress situation for me. She transferred me to all the departments necessary and reassured that everyone would do the best they can. I was expecting to wait an additional day for my car to get serviced, but they were able to get me back my car with a new tire within a couple of hours!
