Strather was incredibly helpful and his countenance made my day. Big fan
Sarah is very friendly and knowledgeable,
The gentleman that came to the waiting room to get was so wonderful. He made me feel. Like I was at the right place to get my service. I have been coming there since I got my car. But by far this was the best. You sure have the right person to keep people calm and explained every thing that was done it that was needed. He was the best.
For someone whose job is primarily public-facing, Kevin could definitely work on his communication skills. Every interaction I had with him felt confrontational and patronizing and getting any sort of meaningful information from him was like pulling teeth. However, I think I’d probably not be as bothered by it except for the following interaction I had with him. I received a text stating only “Your car is ready to be picked up.” With no other details. I called to ask what was actually done to my car.
Kevin: “We tightened up a loose carrier bearing which is what was causing the noise. Also, your differential is leaking fluid from one of the axle seals.”
Me: “Okay, did you fix it?”
Kevin: “No.”
At this point I assumed, since the service team had made no effort to fix it, that it was probably not of much concern.
Me: “Okay, so just keep an eye on it them? Not a big deal?”
Kevin: “More than keep an eye on it. It’s leaking and it needs to be fixed.”
Me: “Okay, so can you guys fix it?”
Kevin: “I don’t know. Do you want me to ask someone?”
Seriously? I’m being advised that my vehicle has a serious leak needing to be fixed but not only has no one looked into whether it could be fixed I was only advised to fix it when I called? If I had just taken the text I received at its face value and picked the car up, I would still be leaking gear oil and potentially wrecking my brand-new $1,900 differential. Once he did look into whether it could be fixed, the estimate I received just said “repair leaking axle” and a price. No indication on what needed to be replaced or how it would be fixed, or why it would be almost $700. Again I had to call Kevin and again I was treated like I was an idiot for even calling when a simple “remove and replace damaged axle seal” was all that needed to be written on the estimate for me to have a full understanding of what the issue was without having to call and be patronized.
I do have to say, everyone else I worked with there was much more pleasant and helpful than Kevin. Jim in particular was the polar opposite to Kevin: he was friendly, understanding, respectful, and took the time to actually explain why the axle seal needed to be replaced, how it was damaged, and why it wasn’t covered under the warranty for the brand-new diff.
However, when I picked the car up I indicated I would be back after-hours to pick it up and when I returned, there were cars parked in front of the hail canopies blocking vehicles from entering or leaving the service area. Fortunately there was barely enough room for me to squeeze out, but if I had been parked just one space over I would’ve been completely unable to retrieve my car and would have had no way to get my fiancée to work in the morning.
I don’t believe I’d bring a car back to this service desk but if I ever do, I will certainly be asking to work with Jim exclusively.
Scott was very personable and was a wealth of knowledge. This was my first experience working with your dealership and it made me want to come back for further service.
The gentleman at the customer service desk who took my car in was amazing! Super professional, kind, and went out of his way to make sure I was completely informed and agreeable to the service. He explained everything before and afterwards. Service was top notch! Thank you

Nick is awesome! Give this man a raise. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with a high attention to detail. Thanks again Nick.
Good evening,
Ashley was pleasant and I’m sure just doing her job but the maintenance you suggested is not even recommended by Toyota. Most of the fluid replacement isn’t suggested until much later than 30K. Steering at 50k, transfer case at 60K. Brake fluid is supposed to be checked for moisture or boiled not just changed at an arbitrary interval. AND the prices you are quoting are outrageous! I thought I was being pranked. Jiffy lube offers between $94-119 for the same fluid exchanges. Up until today I’ve always had a good experience at your dealership. I expected to be a lifetime customer but now I have my doubts.
Every one from the phone and the messages were above professional.
Kevin rocked my visit after moving to Colorado, he'll be taking care of my tundra for years to come!
