The wireless charger in my newly bought 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid still continues to do the same thing where the wireless charger stops charging after after 30-60seconds. However, Nick and the service team were absolutely friendly, courteous, and helpful. I just wished the problem with the wireless connection had been rectified as I paid for a service I’m not able to use.

Ms. Sarah has exceptional customer service that exceeded our standards. The part came in very quick, service and parts team were able to set an appointment in a timely manner as well as quoted time for repair to be completed. I was met immediately but a lovely lady who was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed trustworthy. I brought the Toyota in for a basic oil change and the car was ready in an hour as promised, I did appreciate the clean and comfy waiting area

Your tech left an oil bottle in the engine bay, slipped down and destroyed my serpentine belt. I have been refunded by Scott, but am extremely dissatisfied with this practice, which was acknowledged to have happened multiple times in the past to others. i cannot believe this is a toyota approved service practice, but also speaks to the lack of quality by service techs. I will not be returning for service EVER, and will not recommend to anyone else.
