Brought in for 65K miles service, but by the date that I could schedule, it was already 70K, which means the oil change notification had come up. I explained this to him on arrival, that it would need to be 70K, instead. At the end of the service, I was reviewing and saw it said the oil maintenance warning was not reset because the oil wasn't changed. I asked about this and he said, "oh, you can just go to Jiffy Lube or somewhere." He didn't really seem to care that they had missed this, and also didn't seem interested in fixing the error. I had to go elsewhere and spend $100 at Jiffy Lube and an extra 1.5 hours of my time to have them take care of it. Very disappointing experience at Heritage, today.
