I had a concern with my Tacoma’s steering feel. Brett went above and beyond to understand my concern and identified a misalignment that was promptly corrected. In 15 years of owning this truck I have never been disappointed with Heritage’s service team and this was no exception. Thank you, Brett and team!
It's highly unlikely Heritage will ever work on my car again. My experience has repeatedly been very disappointing to the point that next time I need Toyota service I'll probably drive to St. Albans. If I'm paying $175/hour the problem should be solved the first time without issue and I certainly shouldn't to return the vehicle because the tech caused another problem.

Excellent customer services
Very glad to have the recall of a faulty passenger airbag fixed (and for free). Heritage Toyota Service is well organized, very clean and the reps are professional and courteous. I wish the scheduling was better -- especially since you don't offer a shuttle service. I was scheduled to drop off my car at 9 am for the entire workday. It appeared that MANY others were given the same instructions. Both sides of the drop-off garage were backed up several cars deep...though I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes to be let in. It appears, though, that my car wasn't serviced until after 1 pm (when I received a "checked in for service" text). Shortly after 3 pm, I received an "All done" text. I walked half-an-hour in each direction to avoid sitting in the waiting room all day. But if I'd been scheduled for 1-3, I'd have happily waited in the comfortable customer area with my book and/or phone...). Otherwise: THANK YOU for a job well done!

Like the value of extra oil changes. I used to have Honda's and auto master would wash cars as part of their service...a Nice touch.
Charity was attentive, I was worried that the next appointment was a week out, but since I left my car there I was helped in 2 days.

Mike kept me well informed the whole time I was there, work took less time than I thought. He was able to arrange a repair that required an alignment at the same time I’m getting my tires changed to consolidate work in a way that made sense
