I really really hate bringing my vehicle in to you. I only do it for recalls. Yesterday was just a continuation of the nightmare that it is to deal with your organization. Nothing against Frank, he did his job, and he had to put up with me, but in general, I feel like your service doesn’t care about customer experience. And I won’t buy another Toyota even though I love my truck.
Caleb offers a consistently high level of customer service. You are lucky to have such an excellent representative.
I feel a job well done. Michael explained everything that was going to be perform on my truck. Any questions I had he answered and if he didn't know he asked. To me that make a great business employee. No gas lighting the customer. Again thanks

Kai did a nice job communicating with me throughout the service. I was disappointed though that my car was not able to be approved for inspection when not all of tires had low tread. There’s less than 30 thousand miles on the tires and they have always been rotated according to the service schedule recommended and performed by your service department. I also was not given the multi point inspection form results at the checkout.
Everything was fast and as expected! Such great service.
