I had dropped off my car for oil change and tire rotation as well as a check of my vents and recall. Car was there for almost 4 hours and sitting out front for pick up. Oil change wasn’t done. Team did bring it back in and completed the service. They then tried to charge me when I have Toyota care plus. They did not charge me but told me that I couldn’t get both an oil change and tire rotation covered under Toyota care plus. I’m pretty sure that is wrong and would like some clarity on that because that’s not at all my understanding.

There is a defect with the paint on my vehicle. It started appearing over the summer but I did not have the time to bring my vehicle in to get it looked at. Now that the weather has become more severe, the bubbling has started to chip. When the car was inspected it was assessed as chips from rocks. I will have to bring my car back again in the summer after washing the vehicle to point out the spots where there are bubbles appearing.

I’m not sure how seriously our request to diagnose a rattle in the steering column was taken, as it was dismissed as glasses rattling in the holder above our heads. It is clearly NOT that, so it felt a bit insulting to have the problem attributed to something it wasn’t. Unfortunately, the hourly rate that is obviously out of Eldin’s control leaves us having to now take the vehicle elsewhere to see if someone else can diagnose the issue. We do thank him for looking at the other issues we requested assistance with.
