I brought my SUV in to have my brakes checked because every time I back up my brakes are making a horrible noise and it is only when I back up. They told me it did not do it when they checked it but not even an two hours later I stopped at a store and had to back out of my parking spot and there it was the horrible screaching noise. I was told to bring it back on a dry day and they would check it out again. I sat there for two hours and my appointment was at two o’clock and finished around four. It wouldn’t have been so aggravating if they could have fixed it.

Had my truck for 6 days for something that should have taken a few hours. Sold a SUV out from under me after I told theM I would be back the next day to pay for it. All in all the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.

It took over hour for work. I had another appointment and got there late. Looked like they had meeting in bay no one at service desk. I had to interrupt them so someone could help me can’t believe had a meeting when customers needed help. Don’t consider this good service. I service 3 vehicles at Leta.

I had to bring my van back because the first time my starter was replaced something was done incorrectly and it rattled super bad. I had to call twice the second time to check for updates. There was also no loaner available after you had to keep it the second time because of something done incorrectly or a faulty starter. I truly hope the issue is fixed this time.
