Well Tara at cape girardeau never called us back for a week about service. Then when my hubby took the car down the Svc dept said it could be 4 hours until someone came to get a key replacement. They were also supposed to fix my windshield and said I didn’t buy that insurance even tho I was told when papers were signed that I had. This whole dealership is a big mess and I will never buy another car here
I was told when I purchased this vehicle less that 5 months ago, the service contract was going to cover just about everything as to how car runs. The very first time I drive 2 hours, because no one works with this company, the thermostat
Which keeps the engine cool, isn’t covered. Charged $165 for your service to tell my husband what he had told them when he walked through the doors. Waited over 7 hours to be told not covered . Also was told that they would call him if they could get it covered, and they never did. I called and was told was waiting for a call back from. warranty company. Finally did call to tell me no it isn’t covered. When I called the warranty company was very clearly told theater was only 1 call to them. So was also lied to. My husbsnds behavior may not have been the best but your company is a bunch of deceitful people to make a sale. Will never purchase another vehicle or attempt service at this establishment.

My car was damaged on the front from an accident. I thought bringing it to the place I had just bought the new 2024 Envista would be the best place to get it fixed. I was told to bring it back in two weeks. I left it on Thursday evening with the key in the drop box. The next morning a man named Robert called me about why it was there and I explained it to him. The problem was that he never told anyone else. When I went the next Thursday because my car had never been moved and talked to Paul he said he had no idea it was there. Paul was great to work with and did an awesome job. It took 8 weeks to repair the car because they could not get parts.
Grace has been a true professional in assisting me with my SUV. She is very confident in her job. Very personable.
