I called & got my appointment, the nice person brought me home, and 5 minutes after I got home, they called and told me my Yukon was ready to be picked up! If I didn’t need the update, why didn’t they tell me instead of making me an appointment! They weren’t supposed to do the update till the next day, she told me they had no openings for today! The only issue is when I call I cannot talk to a person at the store where I do business. Instead I talk to a call service, or receive a pre-recorded message. I don't like that. You can afford to employ a receptionist to take calls at each store.

I also dropped my 2023 gmc off to take care of a recall on super cruise. Drive it today and now it definitely has problems. I don’t know that I can afford to bring it back to you. I am very unhappy.
