No we were not happy .. we were overcharged also there were some factors that were not explained last time correctly to my father .. also my car is still not fixed it’s still shaking and this is not the first time with the vehicles not being fixed correctly!! My father had to take his brand new Tahoe back over 3 times !! The cape shop needs some better training , they need to take some training from the Jefferson city shop ! This is not acceptable!

I was completely dissatisfied with the Service Department. I had two vehicles scheduled for recall work and neither was completed due to misinformation from your dealership. Your inadequate service and treatment has resulted in this family never using Frank Leta Buick GMC again.

I was pleased to get a tire, but am confused why it doesn’t look like the other 3 on the car. I expected it to look brand new, but it looks older than the other 3. The brand and numbers are the same, but why doesn’t it look at least as good as the other 3 that have been on the car since I bought it. Did I really get a “new” tire? Just curious. Would appreciate feedback.

I always receive the best service here with Jonathon and all the other employees are so nice as well. They are so helpful and always have great attitudes. I’ve had my car serviced here since I bought it and I haven’t had one negative interaction. This location is by far the best servicing center.

I don’t like that you prefer to update customers via text message instead of speaking to directly. It would have been nice to have more details other than there is a leak and a couple photos that could not be viewed on my phone
