I have had to bring my vehicle in almost every month since January. Initially brought my vehicle in due to the service light being on and a turbo charge code. I decided to also get 2 tires, and alignment and oils change. During this service I was told that the cam shaft need to be replace and the turbo charge code was disregarded. I had to bring my car back as the service light was still on in which I was informed I need to replace the catalytic converter. Once that was fixed my car still was having issues where I was then told I had a hole in the exhaust pipe. Once that was completed my vehicle still was having issues and ultimately the turbo charge was replace per the special warranty as well as the oil cool line this was back in may. Come July the car started smelling like burnt oil and I took my car in where I was told I had a hole in the oil return line which I believed should have been replaced with the turbo charge and the oil cool line but was informed that was not apart of the turbo charge replacement. I took my vehicle in for service at 1245pm on a Thursday and after calling and texting did not hear back until 1145am the following day and my car was not complete until 4:00pm that evening. A similar incident happened when replacing the turbo charge waited all day never heard anything back just to be told the wrong piece was in yet they had my car over night.

I went to get a simple oil change and it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership of this caliber. I will NEVER come back to Frank Leta!!!
Service could not explain why the auto stop/start only works intermittently.
My check engine light came on 1 week after purchase of the vehicle and the service department couldn't find the reason for the light. Also, they drove my vehicle to shuttle me and said that they would fill the gas tank because they didn't have a loaner vehicle for me, but they didn't.
Very disappointed that the mechanical shop didn’t have the right tools to fix my car. They didn’t even do a diagnostics check on the car. Just received a text telling me they couldn’t finish the job due to not having the right tools. Seriously?! What major dealership doesn’t have the right equipment. Will never buy a car from this dealership!
I appreciate the video I receive from the mechanic who has serviced my car. Also the diagnostic sheet is greatly appreciated.
