You took ten weeks to fix my car It should have been finish in two Insurance paid 1500 I paid 1300 dollars for car rental. You offered no assistance

I went in for an oil change. I was told my coolant was dark and needed flushed & I need new wiper because there was a tear on one. I told the lady that I just had the coolant flushed last time I was there for an oil change in January. She said let me check your history. She said yes you are right we did. I asked why is it was dark if it was done then. It made me wonder if it was actually done in January when I paid for it being done. I went in for an oil change in January. I mentioned that my can if it was on cruise going up hills you could hear kick in and speed up. They told me I might need my transmission flushed. It turned out that they said with my mileage I was told that other things needed done totaling $709.79. I hope everything they said needed done was really correct & was done! I never had it were every time I have an oil change something else needs done! Now on the oil change you have added additional cost for shop supplies!
