My car still isnt fixed and sounds like its knocking now not very happy as you guys have had my vehicle for over a month now!!! ????
All personnel were very nice and professional. The only concern I had was how much effort was put into diagnosing the issue. Since there was not a check engine light on, the advisor explained to me that the tech would drive the vehicle to see if they could duplicate the issue. However, if it was driven at all, it was less than a mile because the odometer was the same when it was returned to me as it was when it was taken in. Another reason I wonder how much effort was made to diagnose the issue is because nobody told me anything at all until after I paid for it and asked the gentleman that cashed me out. He did not know, and explained that he was just told to close it out. I then found it on the ticket that they could not duplicate the issue. Other than this concern, the service was great, and I was able to get an appointment within three hours of calling. Don’t get me wrong, I understand the difficulty in diagnosing an issue like this, it just was concerning paying for a diagnoses that appeared not to involve much effort. The advisor did inform me that I would have to pay for it even if nothing was found and I agreed. So, I am not complaining about the cost, only would like to know what was done to try to figure it out. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this feedback.

Two of the issues were not fixed because the technician said nothing was wrong. I had explained the problem when I scheduled my appointment. The service department called for more clarification which I provided. I picked up my car to learn that the repairs were not made and had to show the office lady the issues. She promptly told me should would get the parts ordered that day and she will call me to schedule another time to come in for the repairs to be completed.
I was quoted a price for fixing the air deflector on the sunroof of $584 and when I picked up my car the price went to $740. Which is very expensive for putting on the air deflector. If this is how you do business , I will NOT do business with you any more. I will go someplace else to get my car worked on

Terra was pleasant, and she was able to get me in and out quickly. With all the turnover in the the service department, it is also good to have a familiar face.
My representative explained everything that was needed and the cost thoroughly and was very friendly. My driver was friendly also.

She never called me on the first day and my appointment was at 9:30. I finally called at 3:30 to see what was going on. Then on the second day she again did not call me to tell me what you recommended to have done for the 75000 miles and just did everything. You are so lucky I had $920 dollars. If not what would you have done if I could not afford it and did not authorize the work to be done. Vey unhappy you lost my business
Terra was great to work with. She got it did sufficiently and I couldn't believe how quite the guys work to get this did. I don't think we were there 20 mins, Before our car was ready. Keep up the good work.
