Did not expect to pay 71 dollars for a oil change
Ended up going elsewhere for repairs that should have been covered by my extended warranty. Tried to get in contact, left voice mails. No return calls. Kind of left me out in the cold. Very unprofessional handling of the situation.
Got in and out quickly today for service, about an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Terra is very nice to talk to and always goes beyond what is necessary to help the customer.
Had a special offer, and was tried to be charged a different price!

Went in for brakes and emission diagnostic and took 3 hrs to do brake pads and didnt even do the diagnostic for emission. Just did a regular diagnostic I guess. Very disappointed on how slow and non efficient service department is. This is the second time the service department has not completed the task I was there for. Won’t recommend anyone using GMC service department. Especially for the cost of service.
Your service team needs some lessons in greeting customers and being friendly. The lady in the waiting room called them rude.
