All was done was put new battery in after I explained that the battery was just a year old. If it’s bad then there is a reason for it. There is a short in a light switch, door closure, etc. And the technician broke my door handle. Cost was outrageous.

They told me I had to take it to GM Body Shop. I have water in the floor board on the driver's seat. I had the same problem back in Oct of last year and they had it for W weeks. It was under warranty in Oct. I now have 37,775.00. I do feel I should have to pay for the same problem. Bi called two GM Body shops and they don't want to get involved with the problem since Leta had worked on it before

Amanda was very nice but i hqd qppointment on 4/30/2024 and when i called to let the service people now i was on my way and Terra told me i would have to wait for 1 hour and half before they could get to me i told her i had appointntment and she told me she didnt care so i had travel 60 miles again today 5/1/2024 to get my truck service sunce Amanda was back
