Almost a week later and I still haven’t heard from anyone!!!
Twice I've been told I will receive a call back on a Friday letting me know if my vehicle will need to be kept or not over the weekend. The most recent time I stated my need for a loaner vehicle and was told it wouldn't be a problem and I would receive a call back later in the day. I've had to call or have my sales rep walk to the back to get an update on my vehicle every time it's been in. I was also told that they ordered a part and they were waiting on it, but later found out that they were just waiting on a quote. The quote took them from 9:30am on a Friday until 2pm on Monday. I had no idea that I was being charged a diagnostic fee for a vehicle purchased less that 2 months prior, it wasn't communicated to me when I called to have the vehicle checked out. Overall, I experienced a lack of organization, lack of professionalism, and now would not trust the service department to actually address and fix an issue.

I just wanted my oil changed. I was not wanting a multipoint inspection performed. That aside, I was disappointed to see the new filter has teeth marks on it as if it was installed with a wrench. Probably too tight if the wrench left teeth marks. Why was a filter wrench even used to install a filter?
We were so pleased to be able to talk to a PERSON and be able to get a same day appointment for a safety inspection. Not only that, our appointment started on time, so I was not waiting around all day for my service. Thank you!

I have been a customer for at least a decade. With this most recent visit, I am unsure if I will continue my loyalty. I was charged approximately $155 for the "diagnostics" for my check engine light only to be quoted an astromical amount to fix a solenoid. As if the almost $800 quote wasn't enough, when I was handed my invoice with diagnostics charge on there, I was shocked. Nothing was ever said about an additional charge for the diagnostic, but it was insuated that it was part of the standard multi-point inspection. When I inquired about the diagnostics charge, I received no explanation or even an apology for the miscommunication (except for the very nice lady at the checkout window). I remain very disappointed in the hidden fees and the way this was presented and handled.
It seems expensive for an oil change but the service was good. Only issue the mechanic said I needed filters changed and I said they were changed at last oil change. He had not checked my my past service record before telling me what I needed
Everything good except when finished, wipe down the grill. It had smudge all over the chrome. That is the only, just attention to detail. The other thing, I didn’t notice until I was home and looked at the bill, although I do have the two year service, is there is a charge for 8 qts of oil as part of the LOF, and then there is another charge for 7 qts oil. If I was paying, I would have had serious issues.
I have to admit at least it was a lot quicker getting truck serviced compared to last time I was in to get oil changed. Last time I sit for approx. ,an hour and a half.
Went to have a license plate bracket installed. I confirmed they had the bracket I needed a few days before I went. Instead of installing the bracket, they inexplicably screwed the plate directly into my bumper. When I went back inside to have them fix it, I found out they didn’t even have the right bracket. So I spent $200 to get two holes in my bumper and I still have to go back another day to get my bracket. I’m just hoping the bracket covers the unnecessary holes they put in my bumper. Not a great experience at all.
You set up picking up my car at 8:30am.
You then texted me at 9:30am telling me I missed the appointment.
Then I was put into que when I called 4 times, each time I was in the #1 que spot I got a message saying "we're sorry we missed your call"
The whole experience was far from satisfying.
I. Just hope the car is back to brand new functional as it's almost a brand new car.
