Once again Amanda Marks went above and beyond. Top notch service advisor! My check engine light was on again she got the truck right in, hardly any wait. Kept me well informed of the status and repairs. Highly recommend! She sets the bar when it comes to premium vehicle repair and customer service!

My oil change sticker is set for 5k miles but the sales lady told me the oil is changed every 10k miles. My dashboard controls were not set back to my original setting and I’m not sure how to change it.

Worked on headlights and they are still not correct. The passenger side headlight points to the left and you can’t see to drive at night.

My service is not done. Service Department never looked at it. My appointment was for 2:00pm and I picked it up at 4:30pm and was advised that they never got to it.

I asked them to not fill up the windshield washer fluid and they did. I have better fluid I use. Now I have a mixed of whatever you use and what I use. I asked them to check for coolant leaks because i could smell it when hot. Then top off the coolant because it is a little low. They did not top it off and did not mention anything about the coolant except try to sell me an "engine" flush. Any vehicle with 30k miles does not need a "flush". They said it needed both air filters so I said do it but I did not know it was going to cost another $100. I would have done that myself. I checked when I got home and I am now missing 1 of the 3 bolts that hold the fliter housing together. This is the first time that has been changed. For the money I spent on oil changed, tire rotation, and to replace 2 filters I am not happy. Will not be back, unless I have a warranty issue. Thanks.

I left a message on Monday to schedule an appointment. No return call. On Wednesday I called and scheduled service. Service appointment was for 2:00pm. They said they would call me when done. At 4:45 I started calling to see if they were done. At 5:15 I got a ride and went to see if my truck was ready. Everyone was gone except a sales guy (I guess). He found an invoice and eventually checked me out. I never heard from the service department.

A big thank you to Tara and the great team at Frank Leta in Cape Girardeau for escalating the repair work needed on my truck. Tara is always greeting me more like a family member than just another customer. These people are GREAT to deal with. Also a shoutout to their techs. for doing a great job and quality work. I’ve never had a complaint about these great employees. Thanks again and I hope Frank Leta keeps you guys around for a long time. Thanks again

I appreciated her punctuality and efficiency of service. She let me know how long my service would take when I asked and she was pretty accurate. My only suggestion is in regards to the text message I received after I checked out. Also helpful but there was a video attached indicating that I am in need of new tires. I appreciate that very much however would have preferred to hear it in person while I was there so I could schedule another appointment while checking out rather than have to do it later

I purchased this vehicle new I from Frank Leta. Grace was fantastic today. But the vehicle had after market wheels and tires and lift kit from Auto Trim Design, today they couldn’t rotate the tires because they didn’t have the right socket and I wasn’t given one when I purchased the vehicle brand new. I called sales afterwards and Luke is trying to taking care of it, but I paid an extra $7k and now if I have a flat chances are I’ll have to have it towed …there’s no reason a socket wasn’t included when I purchased the vehicle. It’s now causing my time and will need to bring it back to the dealer.
