Took a little longer than normal but not the girls in services fault
Drop the vehicle off on Thursday for an appointment. Said they did not have a rental car at the time they would get us one Monday Monday came said loaner car was still not available. Vehicle be done Tuesday. No one called on Tuesday called on Wednesday said vehicle would not be done till Thursday. Vehicle was actually not done till Friday afternoon. Also had the vehicle there in December for over three weeks and I always had to call for updates and they never gave us a loaner vehicle.
I am very pleased that I was able to find out what the problem is and I have a 10:30 Wednesday appointment to fix the problem

Great service I was visiting from out of state and had an issue with my truck and they got me back on the road in few hours.
She didn’t seem to realize why I brought in the vehicle to solve the problem I was having and didn’t seem to have any idea whatsoever in how to solve it. I had to bring it back another day to leave it all day was the request. Then they wanted to keep my phone. Can you imagine leaving your phone with someone you don’t even know?!?!?!?!? I will NOT go back to Frank Leta. Not just the service part but we went there a couple of months ago to buy a new vehicle and it was all smoke and mirrors about not honoring the advertised deal.
Each day I had to be the one to call and ask for the update on the vehicle. It is very frustrating to be without a vehicle, but it is especially frustrating to learn that the work on the vehicle had been completed for several hours before I called to check on it so I could pick it up. It is worth mentioning that I am not the owner of the vehicle or the true customer, my dad is, but he is now well aware of the lack of communication with me. I will never be a Frank Leta customer in the future and this has made me appreciate JP Sides Mazda so much more for always keeping me in the loop and doing everything they can to get my vehicle back to me asap and for always offering a shuttle or courtesy car so I don’t have to miss work. Please do not follow up with me.
