Each day I had to be the one to call and ask for the update on the vehicle. It is very frustrating to be without a vehicle, but it is especially frustrating to learn that the work on the vehicle had been completed for several hours before I called to check on it so I could pick it up. It is worth mentioning that I am not the owner of the vehicle or the true customer, my dad is, but he is now well aware of the lack of communication with me. I will never be a Frank Leta customer in the future and this has made me appreciate JP Sides Mazda so much more for always keeping me in the loop and doing everything they can to get my vehicle back to me asap and for always offering a shuttle or courtesy car so I don’t have to miss work. Please do not follow up with me.
Terra Gross took care of a problem that should have been taken care of our previous visit. Very satisfied with her and the tech that looked at our Buick!

The service team at Frank Lita was exceptional! I mainly dealt with Grace and my courier but they both did an amazing job taking care of me and providing transport! I am extremely impressed and since we love our Acadia, I am hopeful to use them for a truck when I can afford to get one.

Adaptive cornering lights have stopped working. Failure light on dash is illuminated. Ms Marks advised they have never seen this before. She advised further her tech says it’s no big deal and light would go off. On morning of 3/7 I called Ms Marks and informed her what the light meant. I asked her to research the possible cause. She took my phone number and has yet to call me back.

Whole staff was top notch! I got there after hours to retrieve my vehicle but the service technicians went above and beyond to check us out and retrieve my key fob. So impressed. Gracie is very very pleasant and fun. Great experience!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any car dealership. Worst workmanship I’ve ever experienced at any car dealership. My parts were shipped on 2/9/24. I never received confirmation via text/email/phone that my parts were in until I called to verify 2.5 weeks later. Then I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Then I can’t get the answers I want via text. I’m finally able to verify my parts are in and schedule install. It took over three hours to install front/rear splash guards and a rear all weather cargo liner. I’m not satisfied at all. The solash guards look like an amateur install with gaps between the guard and car body. The rear cargo liner was not installed correctly. I called and left a message for the service manager on 3/1. Today is 3/5 and still no return phone call. I will never do business with Frank Leta GMC. Worst hands down.
Service was great. I have replaced the three tires, but haven’t driven enough yet to tell if that fixed the problem.
