When I dropped my van off, no one told me that there was a cost because they said the problem was covered under my warranty. They should have told me that I had to have a yearly service in order for my warranty to even be effective. I would not have had them look at it because I hadn’t done that.

I came in late for my appointment...but it didn't effect the level of service that your team provided! Really appreciate Tobias doing a great job.

Very well satisfied with service!
However, they need to improve communication between the main office and Cape Girardeau. It took two phone calls on my part to coordinate a relatively minor body job since the telephone exchange, which apparently is not located in Cape did not communicate adequately with Grace and the other Cape Gerda managers. Also, I am not a huge fan of the initial phone answering menu, but it worked eventually. Would be OK if they communicated quickly as far as scheduling. Suspect Grace would know what I’m talking about. Overall great job. Everybody is super accommodating and I think that’s why they are very busy as far as their service department.
Everyone there is so nice
Having to pay a fee for every issue you are having with the truck. When the computer is plugged into the truck you can check all issues at one time. I would call that unfair at best. If the total service is on one invoice there should only be one diagnostic fee.

The service I received was excellent. I was back on the road in less than 1 hour.
Communication is lacking. I’ve been trying to find out the status of my truck since 1/31 and still haven’t received a call back. Communication was good during scheduling and diagnosing, then nothing. Thank you.
