Kept car overnight and did not let me know!!! No communication as to what is being done. Don’t think they even looked at it on day one. After several texts they tell me on day two that they THINK it is a muffler and they don’t do that! No communication! Will look elsewhere! Van Matre was GREAT-you are Very poor for service! I really like GMC but they have caused me to think another brand!

My truck was in for a ac compressor and was there for 31/2 day and never received a call that it was done and ready for pickup. Poor service

I initially came in for a Missouri state inspection and an oil change. My vehicle failed the inspection because of the tie rods being bad. I came back Wednesday the 28th to get that fixed. I asked for the mechanic who replaced my tie rods to put the old parts in my trunk. I am a blacksmith by trade and good steel is always a good find. The parts were not placed in my trunk. Not that big of a deal. I paid for my repair and went on my way. I got home to discover that my oil had not been changed. Now I have to reschedule a service visit to get my oil changed. I work 12 hour night shift and live in Sikeston. Now I have to drive back to cape again and wait to get my oil changed. Then come back to Sikeston. I only have so much time to sleep and now I have to loose sleep to get that done. Other than that oi am very happy with your service department.

When I called to schedule a service I did get through… then I was sent a text expecting me to explain all the services I was needing on my vehicle. I would have much rather had a call back rather than a text message simply because I had a long list of request. Once I finally got ahold of someone I asked what the recalls were, I still after the service, have no clue if my vehicle has any recalls. After the fact none of the recalls if any got done but I was also not asked or advised of anything going on with my vehicle so I have reason to believe that a full inspection wasn’t done. I had plenty of other request, because my auto stop/start isn’t working and also my horn decides to stop working every now and again with no warning but obviously that’s wasn’t checked out and my “service advisor” I still have yet to meet or have a conversation with. When I walk into a “service office” I expect someone to know something about a vehicle. Not a single person I spoke too in my experience knew anything about a vehicle or what was going on. And I would love to know why on the ticket it showed to be an estimate of 450$ and my ticket was 650$ my number is ****-****-xxxx incase you’d want to go over why the estimate was wrong and why I NEVER received a single phone call. If you can’t value my money or time then don’t expect me to bring any of my vehicle’s here.

I bought a Yukon XL in October and since then, while using the adaptive cruise control, it has disengaged randomly while driving on the interstate. When it does this, I have to turn cruise control on. It has done this about 4 different times. I could tolerate it doing this, but the latest thing it did really concerned me. I was driving on the interstate and was in the left lane and my vehicle randomly slammed on its brakes, as if someone were in front of me, but no one was around. If someone were to be behind me, they would have slammed into my vehicle. When I took my vehicle in this morning I explained all of this. The lady checking me in said that one of the guys wants to ride in the vehicle with me to see it happen for themselves. I questioned her and asked why him seeing it would change anything they do? It never throws up an error or red flag or anything on my dashboard. She went and asked someone something and came back and said a guy took it for a ride himself and it didn't happen while he was driving- which I told them it wouldn't probably happen because it is random. So she ended up saying there wasn't anything they could do for me since my vehicle is fine and there aren't any codes for them to fix. I was frustrated and then proceeded to say that I have a new vehicle and I could potentially cause a wreck in the near future because you all can't fix my vehicle. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with my service because I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and nothing was accomplished.

Service was great, the only complaint I had was my DEF fluid wasn’t topped off like I asked. Your techs miss that because it is not on the inspection list.
