Tires were not rotated and I was not informed. The only way I knew was checking them before I went in to pay. I have 2 Miechlin tires on the back and 2 Continental tires on the front. Also, my Fob was not given to me when I paid. My wife had her Fob and drove the car home and I took my truck. I had to make a return trip to get my Fob. Your price to replace the windshield wipers of 179.00 was ridiculous. I can buy a pair at Auto Zone for around 25. 00 and they will replace them free of charge. It was not a very good experience.

They didn't fix the problem that was caused by the shop last time I was in on 10-16-23. I had to wait 4 months to attempt to get it fixed. It took me showing up at the service center to find out that the parts that was supposed to have been ordered was in. Come to find out they had no idea what was wrong, when they told me last time I was there they broke the passenger door latch on the inside of the door and had to order parts to fix it. I show up to show them that the drivers door latch was falling off from when they worked on it last. That's when I was told my parts came in and they could fix the passenger door. But instead they only fixed the drivers door. Grace reminded them that both doors had to be fixed, but only one was. So now I have to make a 3rd appointment to hopefully get the issue resolved. I wonder if it will take another 4 months to get the parts to fix it. I guess I will have to wait and see. So no I am not very happy with the service there.

I am going to sell my vehicle. I don't need a trade in but if you buy cars I would like an estimate for that. I do have an appt already to get the dents in the rear fixed from a recent accident.

We woud like to actual speak with a person when we call about our vehicles.The automated phone systemh gets frustrating for us.When we do get to actually speak to someone they are very friendly and helpful.

Unsure of proper oil used. Normal mileage for next oil change according to sticker is 5000 miles but with pure synthetic it should be 10000 miles.
