I noticed a problem with my glovebox closing properly. Gary addressed the problem and had a technician address the issue. He fixed the problem and cleaned the area immediately. Great customer service, thank you.

I made an appointment for 8:30 had asked questions about pricing when booking the appointment. I was told one thing on the phone. Then told $155 diagnostics fee when I got there. I said fine. Sat there for over an hour. Then was told it’s actually 3 $155 diagnostics fees. I said just give me my car back after having not been given clear information twice, wasting an hour and a half of my day not to mention time away from my child on my day off. Then they had locked my keys in my car. Took over half an hour to get my car back to me. Then as I go out the door to get it a truck is nearly backed into it. I’m in the market for a new Yukon or Suburban. This made me lose interest in this dealer. I took it to another dealer. Booked the service with the shop manager who was clear on pricing. They diagnosed and fixed my car in only 20 minutes more than was wasted at Frank Leta. And I looked at Yukons and Suburbans and started deciding what I want in my next car.

Thank you for taking care of the recall here in Cape Girardeau! I purchased my Buick in Sikeston Missouri and did not want to have to go there to take care of this recall. I really appreciate you!
