Also, the car started instantly and
the lights were very bright, this Saturday morning.
My wife was very appreciative of Gary and said he was very polite and courteous. He explained everything well to her. We have only had this car a few months and we were undecided on where we were going to get the routine service work done. But after the professional treatment we have received from Gary and Frank Leta Buick, we believe we have found that place. See you all soon.
I had a horrible customer service experience when dealing with Terra. She told me to come at a set time and day to drop off my vehicle and that there would be a loaner for me to pick up. I arrived and she made me wait around for 45 mins and came to tell me there’s no loaner to come back on another scheduled day to pick one up.
I received multiple unreturned phone calls from Terra when trying to get an update on my vehicle and also refusing to speak with me and having another employee relay the information instead of speaking with me directly. Overall she was very unprofessional and had poor customer service.
Grace was very pleasant and professional.

Grace was very courteous and professional. She greeted me as though I wa the only customer of the day! Ahe. Service was finished the came to the waiting room and went over what was serviced on my vehicle, explained the billing, etc. Very pleased with service provided at Frank Leta Buick-GMC.
Gary was very professional and did a great job on his part. I am not completely sure that the problems have been resolved. Will wait to see if additional messages come up on my display.
I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change. Which would have been better if I wasn’t told it would take about 45 minutes. I sat in the waiting room watching other customers come and go. As a business owner I get that mistakes happen and I am appreciative of you not making me pay. Just for future reference I would inform people of a longer than expected wait so they aren’t waiting around not knowing.
When I called about the price you told me one price. And you charged me another It was $40 dollars more at the same time I got a text about a vehicle you want me to buy well that’s not going to happen you lied to me
Efficient, waiting room was nice and clean, kept me informed and friendly staff.
Called to get service scheduled on the park assist recall and an oil change. Was able to get in very timely. I was under the understanding that both the recall and oil change would be completed on day of service as that’s what I made the appointment for. . I got there to check in and was notified part would have to be ordered for recall and I would have to come back for another appointment to get the recall done. I just recommend better communication on scheduling services where someone is not expecting both to be completed and very frustrated when told
