Called to get service scheduled on the park assist recall and an oil change. Was able to get in very timely. I was under the understanding that both the recall and oil change would be completed on day of service as that’s what I made the appointment for. . I got there to check in and was notified part would have to be ordered for recall and I would have to come back for another appointment to get the recall done. I just recommend better communication on scheduling services where someone is not expecting both to be completed and very frustrated when told Something different upon arrival.

I brought my vehicle in promptly at 11 AM for an oil change I requested if it needed the tires rotated to do so I was there for two hours for this oil change and tire rotation. No one came out to inform me of anything except the cashier who noticed I was still sitting there after two hours, and went to check on things I was given a 25% discount at my next oil change. Unacceptable.

Very satisfied with everything and everyone at your dealership, not so much with GMC, I don’t think a 2021 $82,000 truck should need a new fan belt at 44,621 miles. Do you?

The 2 hours and 20 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation was a bet long. Plus I had to ask about my car and the paper work and keys where laying on the desk between two clerks and then it took 15 minutes to complete so we could pay. I waited in your place of business and the check in clerk knew it.
