Service was great I really like the guy that handled my paper work and talked to me and the lady to over all really good team and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need I will definitely be a continuing customer
I had alot of faults pop up on my truck. Didn't really get an explanation of what happened except maybe 1 of them. Happy with the service and handling of appt, would like an idea of what went wrong for future reference

The new part still didn't fix the problem, this vehicle has been a problem ever since we purchased it.
We just bought the car last week had it one day and it would start. Picked it up after being there for 4 days I understand one of them was Christmas picked it up yesterday. Drove it home. Maybe 5 miles went out later today and it’s dead. Can’t get into. It won’t start by the remote you would figure after the time it spent in the shop it would’ve came back fixed so I’ve owned the car week. Had it for two days, and it’s still not fixed so can’t really say I’m happy. Starting to get really concerned. Wife called the salesman today to come pick it up so it can be fixed again.
That won't be necessary. I had an appt. for a recall in park assist. However after I arrived I was informed that the part would have to be ordered and they would be in touch with me to reschedule.
I went in almost a month ago & order a spare key for my mother's 2015 Buick Encore purchased from Van Matter Buick. Came back 2-weeks later to check on the key. The counterman didn't remember talking to me or ordering the key. Then an hour later said they had order it but it had not came. The parts department also told me that the key need programed & it was included in the price. My mother 2-weeks later goes in to get the key & is charged a service charge to program the key.
Needless to Frank Leta will never receive any future business from my entire family again.

Have to get use to all the new staff.
1-hour appointment turned into 4 hours and the safety recall update STILL was not done.
Couldn’t use coupons that were sent to me.
Enjoyed the experience with Frank Leta service department. Looking forward to more pleasant experiences.
