The new part still didn't fix the problem, this vehicle has been a problem ever since we purchased it.
We just bought the car last week had it one day and it would start. Picked it up after being there for 4 days I understand one of them was Christmas picked it up yesterday. Drove it home. Maybe 5 miles went out later today and it’s dead. Can’t get into. It won’t start by the remote you would figure after the time it spent in the shop it would’ve came back fixed so I’ve owned the car week. Had it for two days, and it’s still not fixed so can’t really say I’m happy. Starting to get really concerned. Wife called the salesman today to come pick it up so it can be fixed again.
That won't be necessary. I had an appt. for a recall in park assist. However after I arrived I was informed that the part would have to be ordered and they would be in touch with me to reschedule.
I went in almost a month ago & order a spare key for my mother's 2015 Buick Encore purchased from Van Matter Buick. Came back 2-weeks later to check on the key. The counterman didn't remember talking to me or ordering the key. Then an hour later said they had order it but it had not came. The parts department also told me that the key need programed & it was included in the price. My mother 2-weeks later goes in to get the key & is charged a service charge to program the key.
Needless to Frank Leta will never receive any future business from my entire family again.
I hope someone actually gets this.

1-hour appointment turned into 4 hours and the safety recall update STILL was not done.
Couldn’t use coupons that were sent to me.

Please provide a phone number on your website. Some of DONT use text messaging. There is a phone number but really have to search for it.
I need coupons sent to me for future oil changes
It is not fixed yet. They have to order a part.I will be satisfied if it works properly after it is fixed.

Do not like texting as a way to communicate very impersonal. Had a 8am appointment and was called at 9 and ask what my truck was there for. Explained that three weeks ago it was there for new shocks and the front shocks snd parts were wrong which was fine. Then got a call last week that parts were in snd scheduled an appointment. Dropped off the night before so they had it at 8am I ask the have it by noon giving them 4 hours to get the two shocks installed so at 2pm I called them all of sudden I got a text snd a call letting me know it was ready. Anyway there is much for improvement
The control buttons for my information display was slightly inset when I arrived with my vehicle, but the panel had been shoved irrevocably deep into my dashboard when I left. The display had been showing the vehicle mileage, which is now impossible due to the state of the buttons. Other than that, I found the service and communication with the staff exemplary.
It would be really a huge incentive to offer vehicle pick up and delivery. Other than that I was informed of the cost of the maintenance and everyone was super nice. Thank you!
