Do not like texting as a way to communicate very impersonal. Had a 8am appointment and was called at 9 and ask what my truck was there for. Explained that three weeks ago it was there for new shocks and the front shocks snd parts were wrong which was fine. Then got a call last week that parts were in snd scheduled an appointment. Dropped off the night before so they had it at 8am I ask the have it by noon giving them 4 hours to get the two shocks installed so at 2pm I called them all of sudden I got a text snd a call letting me know it was ready. Anyway there is much for improvement
The control buttons for my information display was slightly inset when I arrived with my vehicle, but the panel had been shoved irrevocably deep into my dashboard when I left. The display had been showing the vehicle mileage, which is now impossible due to the state of the buttons. Other than that, I found the service and communication with the staff exemplary.
It would be really a huge incentive to offer vehicle pick up and delivery. Other than that I was informed of the cost of the maintenance and everyone was super nice. Thank you!

What a nightmare, will never go back for service
We are over a month into waiting for a part for our vehicle. Minimum correspondence has been provided for the estimated parts delivery date. Minimum correspondence on whether this is a back order issue or part production issue. Thanks, Daryl
I came into the dealership with what seemed what was a wiring issue. It then turned into a 9 week issue with the dealership ultimately falling short on multiple occasions. Very poor communication, lack of knowledge about the vehicle and parts, and overall felt like I was not important during this entire process. Not only was my vehicle not completely fixed, there was trash left in my vehicle by the technicians (half full Red Bull can, bolts and screws left, and paper towels covered in oil left behind). This is by far the worse experience I have ever had to endure.
Took to long to find my truck after service, did not put sticker on windshield for next oil change and couldn’t use my debit card properly because the system was not working never had this much with VanMatre...hopefully these miscues are addressed.
I thought the service was great but my glove compartment latch was broke when I got my truck back so I called and they offered to fix it right away no questions asked. So I give them a 10 out of 10 because of the willingness to make it right!!
I was impressed with the entire process. I look forward to working with you all in the future.
