Didn’t take as long as expected
Got an oil change and air filter replaced, the cost was $189. I tried calling back several times to get an explanation of why it cost so much but to no avail. I was disconnected 3 times and still haven’t received a reply back.
Will not be coming back for another service again.
My appointment was made for noon. I was surprised that time was available. (The previous owner/staff kept 12 to 1 reservd for lunch.)
My car was not seen until after 1 p.m. This was the second time, I was given this appointment time. Both times, my vehicle wasn't seen until l p.m. I will no longer accept a noon appointment.

Your price has gotten to the point I think I will look at other places for oil changes.
I came in with a 10:30 appointment to get an oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early. The check in was very smooth. I waited in the waiting room. I received a text message at 11:45which stated the multipoint inspection was complete. My next communication was received by text at 12:29 stating my service was complete.
Waiting 2 hours for an oil change without rotating the tires is inexcusable and very POOR SERVICE. I WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. I will take my business where the business treat everyone with respect.

It was fine but 1.5 hours for an oil chnage is too long. Everything else was good.
