Toyota did a detailing on my car, was unable to get the starlink button working, and advised that the jerking on the car when taking off is normal. It had a slight musty smell, but was still a bit wet. I was advised that if it still had a musty smell to bring it in again. But everyone was very polite, and accommodating.

Concerned when I realized tires weren’t rotated & balanced .Returned the next day& reason explained according to protocol for maintenance & warranty.i haven’t driven my car a lot & don’t require services listed for 10,000 miles My tires were rotated & balanced . Service department was very helpful.Thanks for service by Mr Will Powell. Will return in six months for services .
