Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. I have a couple questions about the service, including - the driver side mirror now makes it hard to see and very unclear. I get double vision when I look in it. (My eyes are fine.) It’s even hazardous. Is this normal? I don’t know if there’s a calibration period or not but I need this to be fixed somehow. Thanks.

I didn’t like the fact I would have had to prepay for a wiring harness that was more expensive than what insurance found. Was that a mistake or an intentional error to overcharge me? Makes one wonder doesn’t it.

The professional attention paid to me and my son in Honda diagnosing and addressing the issues with this vehicle far exceed any other service experiences in nearly 50 years of driving. Anthony deserves high praise for his representing the dealership as well as the manufacturer in this manner. His communication skills and flawless execution of his responsibilities give me continued confidence that we are in good hands. The dealership will certainly see us in the future. We are Honda fans!

Anthony White went above & beyond my expectations when helping me get my vehicle serviced. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, & recall checked in a quick & painless manner. I was updated at each step of the process & was given advice on what to pay attention to moving forward. Anthony & the rest of the service team here exceeded my expectations & I am grateful for the help!

Trey Johnson was very professional and helpful during my visit. He answered all of my questions. My recall was supposed to take 1 1/2 hours to complete but I was out of there in an hour. They have a very nice waiting area with lots of snacks! Everyone who works at Honda are so nice.

It took 45-60 minutes longer than promised. The car was finished 45-60 minutes & sat outside. If it takes that long to do paperwork, that’s ridiculous. I could drive to Indy for service & take less time.
