I've already submitted this. I was told it's a industry standard to charge a customer for an ordered part at the time of ordering? And I was told the part was on back order? Maybe a month? I called 3 dealerships and none of them had ever heard of that? And when looking on Google I couldn't find that industry standard either. Very disappointing and I'll be taking my vehicles elsewhere.

They were ready for me when I arrived. Explain to me all the work that was going to be done. I had coffee and was treated very well. The owner of the company even came and we talked for a while and he made me feel comfortable. All in all it was a wonderful visit

The lady who i booked the appointment with was snarky when I asked about the time frame, so much so I called other dealerships to get my car looked at elsewhere. However, Jeremy and the others in the service shop were super nice and on point. They redeemed Kokomo Honda for me.

The customer service was top notch. Getting work done on your vehicle can be a real drag. Kokomo Honda, especially makes the visits feel like a breeze. Even when they were a little understaffed, they still finished my car in record time, it was clean, fast, efficient work. Anthony was great; he was honest and upfront on timeframes, kept me in the loop, and just had a very family friendly feeling about him. You know the kind; the ones that make you feel at home in a public place. It’s the reason I’ll always keep buying exclusively at Kokomo Honda!
