Mr Handy was busy and professional to let me know. I expected to be waiting awhile but instead it felt it I waited for half hour before I knew I saw my vehicle out the door. When I expected my vehicle to be taken in to be service and gone over with the care and looked over I expect that to have my vehicle check over with care and not miss any detail that might had been overlooked and pass over. If I wanted to get a quick service I could had taken it to take 5 for an oil change and not paid but half the cost. Either less I hope that nothing was over looked I get another broke down and cost and delayed. Am sure I can depend on the quality of service I always expected for the Toyota service. Thank u for the care and professionalism for the yrs of service. Just my concern about things when it comes to what I expect and pay for. If I was concerned with just a service I could have taken it somewhere else. Again thank u for ur time and consideration on this matter.

Jacob Handy was very helpful and answered the question I had and Kept me updated on the work being done on my vehicle.
Can’t help but feel I was being taken advantage of this time. Told me I had an oil leak. Same oil leak they said I had last time that they ‘fixed.’ When I questioned they said it would be covered as parts failure. Take it back today for the warranty repair, and voila! They said it was just an untightened oil drain plug. I wonder if that was true and had I not questioned it would they have charged me for an expensive repair again — and was it needed and done previously? Very suspicious.
Bad customer service when I came in no one greeted me. 2 employees in long discussion with customer and when I said something oh we’re short staffed well does that make my bill cheaper that you are paying less employees and I have to wait long time like 15 min or more to receive service

I have been bringing my 2012 Prius to Toyota Kokomo pretty much since I purchased the car. This is the first time that Jacob has been my service man. Jacob addressed my questions with information that was very helpful to me. I appreciated the extra time he took with me to try to resolve an issue regarding my tires. I felt he was very knowledgeable and kind towards me.

Jacob was great. We were leaving for Florida the next day and he got us taken care of.
Had appointment at 8:00 am to have oil changed and windshield calibrated. Was waiting on my vehicle due to I live out of town. Was on a vacation day waiting and got notified around 1:20 that the oil had not even been changed yet let alone the windshield done. That was 5 1/2 hours I had been waiting for my vehicle which I had said previously I had an 8 am appointment for. I had made arrangements with my insurance company to let me have my windshield calibrated at kokomo auto world because we have always purchased our vehicles there and have always received good service. Now I wasted my vacation day and have to make another appointment because my windshield has to be done for my insurance coverage. Highly disappointed. Will not contact my insurance company to let me have service repairs done there again.
It was very busy when I brought my Passport in for service. Trey sought me out in the crowd and got my vehicle scanned in, repeated back to me the service I had requested and then I was on my way.
Service area is always good.
