Your service department is the best of the best. I’ve always received fantastic service in a reasonable timeframe. Your staff are courteous and friendly and go out of the way to make everybody feel welcome. This is my seventh CRV that I’ve had overtime and I am 100% satisfied with Kokomo auto world

Please don’t call me. Today was very disappointing. The vehicle was there for two hours before complete. There were very weak notes from the tech. There seemed to be little care from management. I was told first there were no serious issues, then told it was undriveable, then that it was not. I won’t return to this hectic shop with poor communication and poor management.
