Anthony, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great service agent
Didn’t fix the turn signal flashing very fast and the tire pressure light showed a low or high pressure in one of the tires. However I am generally positive about the survive dept.
Lack of communication. Always has been the biggest issue. Kokomo Hondas service department gets my 0/10 recommendations
Our advisor was great. 10/10 Thanks!????
Trey and the rest of the staff did a great job of taking care of my vehicle. I did not have an appointment when I dropped it off due to a number of alerts and lights on that shouldn’t be. They managed to work my vehicle in and got it back to me before the end of the day. Trey did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way. The service department at Kokomo Auto World is the best!
I was charged $160 to be told my lights work. I was charged $175 for something I was told would be $120. I was charged to replace parts without being asked. Feels like I've been scammed for $422.10 to get an oil change and my lights checked.
After driving truck home, first time driving it out on Sunday I noticed a wobble in the steering wheel and heard a noise when braking and turning. Odd behavior, when I got to destination I check the driver's side wheel lug nuts because I knew they would have taken the wheel off to get to the compressor, and sure enough I was spinning them back on by hand they were so loose. Big safety issue, could have been disastrous for a customer that is not observant or doesn't know anything about vehicles.
Decided to look over some other things and found a skid plate bolt missing, two bolts/clips missing that connect under bumper to skid plate, one bolt/clip missing on upper bumper, hood stop-bracket bent, scuff on bumper (could have been there already, but I don't think so). The front hood seems to protrude out on passenger side in a way I don't recall it doing. Before I brought it in, I had it all buttoned up and none of these little issues with things flapping around which leads to bolts and screws falling on the ground and running them over with a tire. None of this is really a big deal, but I don't know why a few extra seconds couldn't be taken to put it back the way it was when brought in. Just adds more work for me to do to get it back to where it was.
I would be shocked if you didn't get this feedback all the time, but on the estimate there were two compressors listed with no mention that one was an aftermarket option and the other was an OEM option, which means the estimate was about $800 over what it actually was, but had I just paid it would anyone have said anything? When I asked Jake he clarified one was aftermarket and one was OEM and I told him to go OEM - they were roughly the same price, and he adjusted estimate to remove one, but why not write out an option or at least tell the customer up front, "hey this estimate is not accurate because it includes an $800 part twice." Instead I was confused at the price with no context and not obvious at all in the way the compressors were described. Other dealerships in the area are notorious for this kind of "selling" by service advisors, and it is extremely unethical. It is the reason I don't go to other dealers, but when I have to go to a dealer I go to Kokomo because I trust Jim and the crew. I'm not saying Jake was trying to squeeze an extra $1,000 out of me through a little glitch like that, but at the same time, I'm not convinced that anyone would have stopped me from paying the original estimate. Could be just an honest mistake, but I'm not your first customer and I'm probably not the first one you've sent an estimate to using that system, so I don't understand why it happened that way. If you want to blame the system - it did something you couldn't work around, that's fine, but then the service advisor needs to proactively inform the customer of a pending choice. I don't understand why you would even ask me, especially if there is no price difference you always go OEM. If you were a private shop I could see an option being presented to customer, but many other things I'm not asked about, or you could ask and THEN make the estimate. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt here, but I'm 50/50. And this is the kind of thing if you try to pull on me once, I'll never come back, because how could I trust you after that? Now we aren't there yet because I don't know the facts about why that happened the way it did, it just doesn't look good.
On the good side, AC work was done right, everything working well there. Pipes were replaced correctly it appears and horn works. Also appreciate the extra work they did with the fog lamp and comp relays. So all in all not a big deal on the trim stuff, I typically have higher standards than most people when I pay to have work done, especially because you pay premium price at the dealer, should get premium service and attention to detail. However, the wheel nuts being loose is a problem and shouldn't have happened.
Thanks,
Ben

Thank you for the great service.
My Ridgeline smells like gasoline or something inside of it. I picked up last night and it still smells tonight.
He was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, kind, knowledgeable , and courteous.
Trey provided vety good service. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and was timely.
I was so well taken care of. So appreciate all considerations. It isn't easy being alone and aging. I appreciate feeling safe as long as I am able to drive rather locally! THANKS
Ok. Everyone was very courteous and the service was performed in a timely manner. I know your staff is trained to upsell services. I get it. Thankfully he was very respectful when I told him all else had already been done, and I only needed an oil change. He offered a complimentary once over and I appreciated that. Thanks!
Efficient, professional, and courteous! Very pleased.
I have always been very satisfied!
Trey has been great and found a problem that needs fixed which I wasn’t aware of since I thought my mechanic had fixed it. I’m glad he found it so it can get fixed before I move. It’s one less thing I have to deal with which is much appreciated.
