Again, I waited just for them to tell me Toyota doesn't cover the warranty. Duluth sold us the car, the warranty and now we have to drive to Hermantown. At least they could have checked with Duluth. Lindsay did the best she could under the circumstances. Ask the mechanic about the gas cap.

Didn’t fix problem, even noted the noise wouldn’t go away on invoice. Didn’t explain this when I’m picked up my car. If the noise did not go away why not try to fix it?

I needed to bring my Rav back in because on an earlier service appointment something wasn’t connected for my hands free to function. They took care of it in a few hours, so that was good. The shuttle is also a great service. I was driven all the way to my house in far east Duluth. Thank you for the great service Kari!’
