Brakes are squealing and seem to slip even on dry pavement. I’ll test them again tomorrow. If still acting up, I’ll come back in. They’ve NEVER sounded or behaved like this. If there is an explanation, please inform. Thank you.

I had a 7:30 am appointment and at about 9:05 I asked why my truck was still sitting outside the shop and the guy at the counter said they were waiting on a bay for my truck. I had to reschedule my appointment and now has to come back in two weeks. If you don’t have room for the work, then maybe there shouldn’t be an appointment for it. I’ve been coming to Kari for 15 years with my trucks and get almost everything done there from new tires, brakes, and all my oil changes and tire rotations. I’ll be back in a couple weeks for my appointment.

I had 2 appointments and they couldn't do the recall on my truck for both appointments, I am very disappointed with Kari services,all the time I wasted there, You guys should buy me a gift card to any restaurant I choose, don't know if I will go back there again,I lost another of money, taking off work and losing over 300.00 dollar's, I don't trust Kari service workers, they were very unprofessional, not going to buy another vehicle from you guys after 18 years of doing business with you guys...sorry but just being honest, so long my friends....Todd ???? On making the appointment, I listed and explained my concerns. They only reserved enough time for the main request which was the 12 month check with tire rotation and oil change. I have to schedule another appointment to fix the steering wheel heater even though I mentioned it with the scheduler. The customer service was excellent and they checked on all my concerns. They were knowledgeable and explained well. 9.5/10 only because I have to come back. P.S. Kudos to the team. I overheard a customer came in but he came in a week early. They work to fine a free tech to ride with the customer to handle his concerns since he was out of town. 10/10!
