Over 4 hours for a tire swap. We were told it might be btw 2-3 hours due to being backed up for an AM appt. Called 3 hours later to check status and was told guy was out to lunch so he'd get back to me. An hour later still no word so I called again. Finally I was told it was being worked on. We ate breakfast at Androy and then sat and waited over four hours in the lobby.

Shortly after having had my headlight replaced I was told by my neighbor that one of my rear break lights were out. I’ll have to make yet another appointment to get that replaced. Wishing that would’ve been checked while I was there, otherwise no complaints about the service. I was thrilled to get the headlight replaced the very same day I inquired. Thank you.

Given how hard the dealership pushed the extended warranty program (out of state) one would think that the Toyota registration software would clearly indicate to the service staff the presence of a maintenance/extended warranty. It makes them look underprepared. Please consider adding a yes/no checkbox for extended service/warranty when scheduling service, and have service staff ask about maintenance program when checking in. Thanks!
When I dropped off my truck I was told it might be a few days because there were about eight or so vehicles ahead of me . I was totally surprised when the called two days later telling me it was ready for pick up. The best news was the fuel pump Was covered under the warranty. Very pleased with the excellent 4
My 87 widowed mom who lives alone went in two weeks ago to have you check it out while the throttle was sticking. The service guy drove it and said he’d never seen that before. It wouldn’t slow down when she let off the gas peddle. He made an appointment for her at 10:30 today and sent her on her way with a potentially dangerous vehicle. We dropped it off at 10:15 to check this specific problem with the throttle sticking. Two hours later we hadn’t heard back and we’re supposed to leave to at noon. They hadn’t even tested the throttle at that time just checked the tire pressure and filters. We waited another hour. Came back after getting a text the service writer was eating lunch and would get up to help us so the assistant manager gal checked us out. Not a good experience at your establishment.
I was told that customer shad of me increased what he wanted done and that’s why I was told about my longer wait for my appointment. I decided to to go as I was told that it would be 45 minutes more and then a brake job before I would get m car in. Than brake job wait . I decided just to call it a day.

Been having my Toyota’s serviced at Kari for well over 30 years. This by far was my worst appointment. 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation took to long. 3 people came in after I did and left before me. I make the first appointment of the day for a reason. Come on Kari, U people can do better.
