I bought a2018 Ram truck at this dealer on june.10 2024, then I brought it back to the dealers shop on June 17 2024 and until today June 25 2024 I am waiting for my truck to be fixed I am sorry but it is no fear tanks

I don't understand why Underinner needs to have my car **** for recall service for a week. No loaner offered. Why can't drop off be scheduled when recall parts arrive?
