He has been the best service manager over the years and always there to help you and everyone who comes in. He knows all the local people in our small town. Always with a smile and very business like.
Took a little longer than what I was told.
Needed a replacement key and it was completed faster than I expected.
Since I moved back to the area I have been have been told that your service department was terrible . I am very happy to say that this was not my experience. Thank you very much for your quick courteous service

They took almost two hrs on my oil change, like mostly always. Use getting the filter from napa and excuse, like always. Sid was rude when I asked how long. Merial told me to calm down. Than my **** truck smells like oil in the inside.
Sid went above a d behind for my very small issue. If I ever need service I will return because of Sid

Sid has always been prompt and diligent to find anything that might be wrong with the vehicle and your lucky to have him as part of your team.
Sid was great, as usual. I don't think I should have had to ask to make sure the connectors were cleaned off after spending 200 on a new battery though. Not Sids fault but he checked when I asked about it then they sprayed with some sort of spray for the the corrosion that was still on the cables.
I only put no because my windshield didn’t get cleaned and I hoped it might have been part of the service. I looked at the bill but nothing showed anything about new wiper blades.
I know you get busy and can’t do some of the add ons.
I like having the service done at the Underriners.
