OMG. Sid was the most amazing person ever I have dealt with at a dealership ever. Sid did not charge me for the scope since no code showed up. Sid got me in asap also. He suggested it could be the gas I put in my car and Sid was spot on. Sid told me he couldn’t see charging me since he thought it was BAD gas. Guess what Sid was spot on it was bad gas. I made it home just fine after putting in premium gas. Fixed the problem. Because of Sid I’m referring The Dalles Ford to everyone I know. Sid knows what he’s talking about. I’m in awe with his knowledge and his generosity of not charging me since no code showed on his scope. I just cannot say enough about what Sid did for me. He’s truly I mean truly amazing. Upstanding person I’ve ever met at a dealership. Thank you Sid from the bottom of my heart.

Sid and Bryan were both fantastic. Sid provided excellent communication and support throughout the warranty repair process on my New Lightning. He listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. When a loaner vehicle was unavailable, he promptly arranged a ride to work for me with Bryan. I was equally impressed with Bryan, who was highly professional and personable. Thanks for the excellent service. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

I had an oil change scheduled originally for today 3/4/24 but my car was already in the shop being worked on. I was told it could all be done together but the oil change was not completed. I’ll have to reschedule another service appointment.

This vehicle has had recalls and issues since we purchased it brand new in 2014. Most recently it has been the electric battery. We told the mechanics what we suspected. After a few visits, that we were charged for and being told it was not the electric battery the mechanics finally conceded it was indeed the electric battery. Meanwhile our car has been out of commission for a significant amount of time.
