I informed the service center that the driver side keyless entry pad was flashing on and off and may be a cause of the battery drain.
I was informed that the pad did not flash while at the service department.
As soon as I got home the keyless entry pad is flashing. I got some video of it to share but not sure where to send it.
Not Sid's fault. I came in w/ my 3rd recall issue and they didn't have the right replacement camera. They did change my oil and it was paid by points but I have to return at a later date to resolve the initial issue I came in for. Frustrating and why all the recalls?
All was well but I would appreciate more effort on the offering of basic services like rotating tires, going over some multi point inspection and inflating the tires. I literally drove away and and my tire light came on. Seems to be some pretty simple checks that I receive on my Toyota services every time that greatly appreciate. I drive 30 minutes each way to service my vehicle with the ford dealership in our area vs using an oil change station and feel we could get a bit more out of the experience. Still happy but the difference between our experience at the Toyota and ford dealership in the dalles is for sure different.

When I talked to Sid he thought the transmission service would be about $400. When I got the bill for pickup it was $592.22
I was traveling across the country and had issues with my radiator hoses. I landed in the Dalles with 2,500 miles to go. I called the local dealership to see if they could keep me on the road and by 10:am I was back on the highway with confidence. Trevor was my service agent and he was the best that I have ever experienced in my 61 years on this planet. I wish that I lived in that town, because I’m in the market for a new truck and trust that dealership because of Trevor!!!
