Sid was great, as usual. I don't think I should have had to ask to make sure the connectors were cleaned off after spending 200 on a new battery though. Not Sids fault but he checked when I asked about it then they sprayed with some sort of spray for the the corrosion that was still on the cables.
I only put no because my windshield didn’t get cleaned and I hoped it might have been part of the service. I looked at the bill but nothing showed anything about new wiper blades.
I know you get busy and can’t do some of the add ons.
I like having the service done at the Underriners.

As always, Sid took care of our needs in a professional and timely manner. We’ve been working with him for over 20 years and never been disappointed with his performance.
It took mel over 3 months to get a call back about an oil change and immissission recall I called and and left many messages never returned until I finally said I was calling management if I didn't get la call back this time and he called back in 8 minutes.
I was wondering about the warranty anyways. ?????????
Appointment was at 11:00am. Work did not start until 11:45. That is not good good to keep customers waiting.
I don’t like the report forms when you bring a car in for service lately. They used to have places on them where they checked that the tire pressure was OK I went to brake linings were and this one had nothing other than what was done. Not much information for the customer.
I appreciate Sid’s efficiency and knowledge; he’s very helpful.

I am not excited about the escalation in the price of a simple oil change -
Since the new company has taken over my cost for an oil change has increased almost 100%
No other dealers I have worked with have increased their prices by that kind of margin !
They could not remove the lug nuts to rotate my tires
I think it would be great if you would cover the driver seat and floor mat with some kind of protection so the vehicle stays clean from grease etc. It would also be nice if someone would walk out to the vehicle with the costumer and take those things out before they leave. I know some dealerships also give out a free car wash card after each service as well.
Appreciate the quick repair considering the poor road conditions.
