Sid is great. The so called repair did not work. Same problem occurring that I took it in for. I have moved and will be using a different repair dealer. 2nd truck I purchased there that has been nothing but trouble, multiple problems ! Won’t be another! So much for your s called “Gold “ standard! Good bye!

Battery supposedly tested good but after driving directly back to Gldendale, the battery saver mode came on in around 6 hours.
After paying over $1500 I was told my car is drivable and starts right and ready. Also was told that they couldn't find 3 screws to put trim back on so that was still tore apart. Had to get a jump and my power steering assist default was on so I had no power steering. Had to bring my car back the next day. I don't understand how if you couldn't "find" screws why not order them. Why was I told my car was drivable when I had no power steering? Why would whoever parked it after being "fixed" think that's normal. After picking up my keys the second time I didn't even get a thank you or sorry for the inconvenience just here you go as my keys were being handed over. How would YOU rate the service I recieved
Sid and Trevor went out of there way to take very good care of me today. I needed to do one critical errand while my car was getting serviced,when they could not find someone to run me over to the east side of The Dalles,, Trevor himself took me over to meet with my hearing aid specialist to adjust my hearing aids. He was very great about making sure my needs were met very efficiently!!
I had my tires rotated and the special “hubcaps “ were not attached securely and were lost in my drive home to Hood River. I called twice yesterday to see what can be done to rectify the situation. It goes to message and as on now I have not received a return call.
I did ask for a 5 tire rotation and only a 4 tire rotation was done.
I was satisfied with my service
No DEF was put in my truck (second time in a row), the next service sticker is torn in half and nothing wrote on it, the battery they the technicians have to lean over to put oil in the motor is leaking battery acid onto multiple components on that side of the engine bay, aired up tires 20 psi above the max tire pressure, and didnt even reset the oil monitor. Whats even the point of paying for a maintenance package if most things aren’t even getting done or done correctly?
I drive 1,000 miles alone with my little dog each Fall. The complete service I receive on my car lets me make this journey through the desert with confidence. Thank you
My only suggestion, is to make sure that your vehicle reports are complete when you turn over the vehicle. I have to ask for a revised version for my records.
