I’ve mentioned the current issue my vehicle is having several times since October 2023. It is still not resolved and they cannot tell me why my AC continues to lose a charge and having issues with the fan speed. My tires have also not been rotated during my appointments for oil changes as they report because my tires are not wearing evenly. I asked Les Schwab for an alignment and they said I didn’t need one. The tire wear was due to lack of rotation. Because of this my tire warranty is now void and I will have to buy tires sooner than I should.
Once I got in to have my vehicle serviced, Trevor was very attentive and cordial, and I got the work done in a Timely manner. It was a pleasure doing business with the service department, but I did have to call three times to get an appointment for service. My first two phone calls were voice messages that I had to leave during regular business hours and they were not returned. The third one was successful.
As always i was greeted with a smile and hello. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. He even took the time to explain everything. I recommend everyone to this dealership.
Loaner car on extended service time would certainly help one car family with no one to assist with travel.
I only had an oil change with related inspections, but they brought my car into the shop even before my scheduled time and it was finished when expected. Everyone is so nice, a very friendly atmosphere, and I’m always happy to know my car is well taken care of.
